By accessing and using the Pousada País Tropical website, you agree to the terms set out below. We recommend reading these conditions carefully.

1. Use of the site

The content of this site (text, images and brand) belongs to Pousada País Tropical and is provided for information purposes. Reproduction without prior authorisation is prohibited. Information on prices, availability and services may be updated at any time.

2. Bookings

Bookings can be made directly via WhatsApp, through the official website or through partner accommodation platforms. A booking is only considered confirmed once the pousada has accepted it and, where applicable, the agreed deposit has been paid.

• Check-in from 2 pm; check-out by midday;
• Breakfast included in every night's rate;
• Pets are welcome subject to prior notice.

3. Cancellation policy

Cancellations requested more than 7 days before the check-in date entitle you to a full refund of any amounts paid. Cancellations with less than 7 days' notice may be subject to a retention, according to the conditions given at the time of booking. For specific cases, please get in touch with us.

4. Guest responsibilities

Guests agree to respect the pousada's house rules, to take care of the property and to observe check-in and check-out times. Damage caused to the premises may be charged.

5. Limitation of liability

Pousada País Tropical is not liable for personal belongings not placed in a secure location, nor for unforeseen events arising from weather conditions or from third parties (tours, transfers and activities operated by partners).
